Common questions
How long does a move-out clean take?
Studio: 2–3 hours. 1BR: 4–5 hours. 2BR: 5–7 hours. 3BR: 7–9 hours. We work straight through and don't stop billing the moment we start until the photos are done.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring all cleaning products, microfiber cloths, vacuum, mop, spackle, and touch-up tools. You don't need to provide anything except touch-up paint if you want walls repainted (we'll match a sample if you don't have the original).
What if I'm not at the unit during the clean?
Most clients aren't. We coordinate key pickup, lockbox access, or building entry with you ahead of time. Photos are emailed the same day so you can confirm before your walkthrough.
What payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card via Square. Payment is due after the job is complete and you've reviewed the photos.
What if my landlord still finds something missed?
We'll come back free within 7 days to fix anything they flag during their walkthrough. In writing, every job.
Do you work with pets in the unit?
Yes — just let us know in advance so we can plan around them. Heavy pet hair adds about 30 minutes; we'll quote it in advance.
